I had a fantastic experience at Mazda Roseville. I was greeted right away by a friendly young salesperson, Duc Nguyen, who introduced himself and really took the time to understand my needs. He gave me a full demo of the various features of the Mazda 3, allowed me to test drive it, and really took the time to explain the differences in the trims. He was never pushy, always enthusiastic, and helped guide me towards a purchasing decision I felt comfortable with, along with a financing option that fit my budget. Jaik was very thorough in explaining the terms of the loan and the various warranty and servicing options available to me. He walked me through all of the paperwork and made sure I understood what I was signing during the process. Our transaction ran a bit long and Jai offered for us to come back to get a complete explanation of all components of vehicle (ie, dash commands, etc) and to detail the car since we already stayed longer than we could (meeting at 6pm). Herbert unfortunately was of no help to us. On one of the two phone call messages he left, he said he would follow up that call with an email, which was not done. Mazda, when calling as we were approaching our end of lease with our CX-50, NEVER left a voicemail. This seemed odd since they obviously wanted to provide info or ask a question, etc. Wynette was also very friendly and willing to help as soon as we walked in.

Recently bought a 2026 CX50 through Chris. I had visited the dealership in November and had to 'think' about it. I pulled the trigger in February and the process, which is normally one of the worst processes under buying a house, was fairly straightforward and smooth. Chris was helpful and supportive, just like he was in November. Max was our Finance closer and also made the process as quick as he could and as stress-free as he could. I appreciate the process being so easy and LOVE my new car! We were in and out in about 3.5 hours which included trading in my Honda! Thanks guys!
