My husband and I have been leasing cars from Roger Thurman at Mazda Roseville for years. We are on our 4th "pair" now -- we just got two new Mazda CX-50 Hybrids and love them! It's never a question of going anywhere, or more specifically TO anyone else, when our leases are coming up. Roger is by far the absolute best in the industry! He works hard to get us into cars that are the best fit for us ... never pressuring us along the way. He truly cares about the people he serves. When we needed a used car for our 18 year-old son, we went straight to Roger at Mazda Roseville, as we knew he would treat that sale on the used Mazda just as well as the new cars every three years. Beyond his knowledge and service, Roger is just a really great person. He researches for us beforehand and always follows-up to make sure we are happy with everything. I had a great experience working with Garrett at Mazda Roseville. He was not at all the pushy "car salesman" you dread dealing with for hours. I actually enjoyed the process and he went above and beyond to keep it simple and meet my expectations price-wise. He was super transparent and easy to work with. I learned so much about my car (PHEV, first EV for me) and the Mazda brand. I really admire his honesty, responsiveness, and appreciated that he was genuinely focused on helping his customers. I know if I have any issues in the future I can count on him to help resolve them. I would also like to add that I appreciated everyone at the dealership for staying late to have me come in and sign paperwork. 5 stars for everyone at Mazda Roseville :)

Garrett was awesome made shopping easy. He was straight up with everything. I would recommend him to others looking for a Mazda.

Dylan and service manager Bobby were great to work with in the past. Dylan was communicative, helped me out with a loaner car, and did not try to sell services I didn't need or ask for. The other experiences I had were non-responsive to text messages to SAs, and attempts to push me into services not listed in the owner's manual service intervals on a 2 year old vehicle with 20,000 miles. Overall, it is a good dealership for service, but just make sure you aren't being upsold on unnecessary services, and bring cash if you want to pay less, because they pass down a 3% credit card fee to the customer.

Sales associate Jai Edwards was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jaik Willmon was very informative and courteous. All of the personnel were friendly and helpful. Buying at Mazda Roseville was a nice experience.
