I worked with Niki Hutches is the service dept. At first she was nice until I started asking questions. She became condescending, rude and acted like i was inconveniencing her. Several times throughout our conversation she nonchalantly mentioned i was being "unrealistic." When asking how and when i made my service appointment I responded with i believe my husband made it a few weeks ago online. She said "not possible we dont book weeks in advance." I called my husband to verify and he forwarded me the confirmation number and he did in fact schedule it almost 2 weeks prior. Niki got frustrated and got the manager. Once he came out her whole attitude completely changed. He also found us in the system instantly. The manager was very kind while also answering my questions and getting me taken care of.
