Max Cuadras was awesome! Funny story - had a minor surgery in Roseville on Monday, my husband went car hunting (we’d discussed first - don’t be mad). Max helped him and by Thursday morning, we bought the car we wanted. Max is also a Mac Dre fan, so extra points for being a cool salesman with exceptional music taste, unlike our finance guy who likes Drake… Thank you Max & thank you to Roseville Mazda! Had a great experience buying my car from this dealership. I worked with Chris (Niño), John who were very knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, I liked that they didn’t pressure me into considering other vehicles while I was waiting for the exact one that I wanted to get delivered. This dealership does things a little differently, which is why I ultimately decided to buy my car here.

Excellent customer service! All the staff were helpful and patient and I appreciated the professionalism from everybody I interacted with. The sale went smooth and everything was explained thoroughly.

These folks were great, in particular Max Cuadras. Jaik was great too. I can't recommend enough and have already referred an acquantiance who is in the market over to them. I reached out them Sunday 9/20 and they have just got the car certified. It wasnt even fully listed yet and Max sent me a video of the car and answered all my questions. I scheduled an appt for Wednesday, but found time Monday and, maybe rudely, just rolled in and he accommodated me and let me see the car while it was right in the middle of detail. Shout out to the detail guy who let me interrupt him as well! Max knew the car, did not put any pressure but did answer all questions. I bought it and took it off the lot less that 48 hours after contacting them. Max also soent about 39 minutes really breaking down the infotainment center and the safety features. I could have figured this out eventually, but his help made this much smoother and more digestable and quicker. I had shopped at two other local dealer (see one recent review) and frankly my experiences were terrible. Roseville Mazda was great. I bought their maintenance package Jaik sold me, look forward to taking it there for service, and Jaik was cool and understanding when I decided to pass on further additional add ons to the purchase like warranties and such. Both Max and Jaik were easy going, personable, but not overly so, they just did it right. Go to Roseville Mazda. Ask for Max Cuadras. It was a great car buying experience. Thank you guys.

This is the second time we’ve come to Mazda! Chris helped us both times and was amazing every time. Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Ben in finance was so helpful and attentive! Such a great ball of energy and knew how to make that part run smooth. Winnette was incredible over the phone. Answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. We come back to Mazda over and over because of the team there and because the CX-90 is a dream!
