Mazda Roseville!! Shout out to the whole team for exceptional customer service. I recently purchased my beautiful Mazda CX5 2025 from Echo Park. I contacted Roseville Mazda to check a few issues while it's under warranty. When I arrived Nicki handled the intake, and asked if I would need a loaner since it would be a few days. The fact that Nicki text her direct number to me to use for inquiries, was the first thing that I noted was exceptional about Mazda Roseville. After a few days, she text that they couldn't replicate the issues and wanted the car another day so the sevice Foreman could go over the car as well. I thought to myself, okay I like that. My car had already had a computer diagnostic, was checked for codes, and driven three separate times, by three different service team members and all was well so that added extra check helped me to feel imy car was thoroughly assessed. Upon pick up, Bobby from service came to go over the car with me. As we talked I realized having purchased my vehicle outside of a Mazda dealership did not afford me the luxury of understanding how my Mazda CX5 drives and handles. Bobby then popped my hood, and gave me a good 20 minutes of his time to explain to me how my engine worked and how the car behaves, how the computer system works with the car and even he even gave me a demo on how my auto day/night lights work. Bobby then suggested a salesman come out to sit with me inside the car to go over more features, and answer any questions I had before I left. Not sure if the salesmans name was Mario or Mateo, but he also was amazingly kind and personable. What a team Roseville Mazda!! From start to finish, Mazda handled me with the utmost care and concern. I truly appreciate how these team members worked together so cohesively, to create such a memorable experience for me. It was my first time ever getting that level of service from any car dealer. I especially enjoyed being handed my keys...no charge.😁 It's very apparent whoever is managing this team at the Roseville location values the customer experience, first and foremost. The level of service was above and beyond exceptional, and very much appreciated. Go to Roseville Mazda if you want a beautiful Mazda CX5 and appreciate great service!
