Super nice guy and is really helpful and honest very upfront with everything!

My vehicle was in for service in early August. The car went through a multi-point inspection and a repair was done on the battery hybrid system. I was given a loaner for a few days and the repair was complete. I picked up my car and had it just two days before the service due light came on. I called Roseville Mazda and explained my situation. They apologized and stated they should have caught the service interval when the car was in for service earlier in the week. I explained that I live in Folsom and it was very difficult to make it to Roseville and now I have to return for a scheduled service. So, I brought my car back and had the scheduled service done along with a recall on the brake system. I picked up my CX-90 later that day and returned to home in Folsom. Upon getting home, I realized the service department failed to reset the “wrench” service light on my dashboard and now my vehicle show “service due” along with the wrench light. I called back and asked to speak to the service manager. I was told he was busy, but that they would have the manager call me ASAP. It’s been over 5 days and I have yet to receive any response.

And all of that is operating as a Swiss clock under an extremely knowledgeable and wonderful service manager, Mr. Shields, who deserves the credit for having such a well run department! While your vehicle is being serviced you can enjoy a hot/cold beverage and a snack in a devoted area. Super satisfied!

I bought a Mazda CX50 Hybrid and was guided through the process by Garrett Oxnaes. Everyone at the dealer seemed pretty friendly and Garrett was no exception. He was very knowledgeable of both the vehicle and the overall process from start to finish. I never got the impression that I was being taken advantage of or that they were being unfair. I am quite happy with my choice to go with Mazda Roseville.
