I completed my purchase of a CX-30 today with Jordan, and the entire experience was exceptional. I’ve been researching compact SUVs for about a month and test-drove several makes and models over the past few weeks. Mazda was actually the last on my list, but once I narrowed my focus to the specific model, I stopped by Mazda Roseville to check it out in person. Jordan greeted me right away, walked me through the available trims, and explained the differences. Before and during our test drive, he took the time to explain the tech and safety features thoroughly. When we got back, I told him I wasn’t ready to commit yet because I needed time to weigh my options and potential color combinations. What really stood out was the complete lack of pressure (which I did not expect based on my other experiences). Jordan gave me the time and space to think it through on my own terms. That respect alone played a massive part in my decision to return and make the purchase. Jordan was genuine, attentive, and consistently one step ahead, often answering questions before I even had the chance to ask them. I felt treated as an individual rather than just another transaction. On top of that, the "perks" made the decision even easier. The complimentary 1-year maintenance and the 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty coverage provide added peace of mind. Out of all the dealerships I dealt with during my car search, this was hands down the standout interaction. If you’re considering a Mazda, I recommend visiting the Roseville location and asking for Jordan. You might be pleasantly surprised by how smooth the car buying experience can actually be. I know I was! :-)
