Went in this past weekend to browse and ended up finding our cx-90! Garett was our sales rep and was so welcoming, incredibly insightful during the test drives, and so helpful during the buying process. He was even helpful after we had already bought the car. So different than regular pushy salesman. Would recommend so much!

While the actual selection of car and price negotiation went well, the actual purchase transaction and follow up was dismal. Throughout the discussion with the finance manager (who needs a finance manager, we paid cash) the focus was on selling us an extended warranty. We declined, declined again, and again ... The finance guy made us draw our signature on screen via a mouse, and then proceeded to apply the signature to multiple documents, none of which he explained to us. For example, we signed the purchase contract which had a wrong first name for my wife (they had scanned our driver's licenses). And we signed a "Tire Chain Disclosure", which states that our car may not be operated with tire chains, but the car manual clearly states it can. Anyway, we did not know what we signed. After the sale I tried to contact the dealership several times to no avail (excuses abound: phone mailbox full, person stepped out, tried to call back but my phone refused to accept call: all excuses you expect from a used car salesman). When I talked to the general manager 3 days after, he proceeded to tell me that we had given them the wrong address that is why the sales tax was based on Placer county rather than Yuba county ... wrong, the sales tax applied was for Yuba county: again used car salesman level. Anyway, we love our new Mazda and also liked our salesman Jai Edwards. He treated us fairly and with respect.

He did a great job listening to our needs and getting us the payment we wanted with good APR. We never had to deal with high pressure sales tactics. I will be recommending him to other family members in the market for a Mazda soon.

We had a good experience with Roseville. Since we had to drive for a couple of hours to get here, it was important to us that the communication was transparent right from the start. We found a good deal on a Mazda CX 50 Premium Plus at this location. They also offer a 10 year/100k powertrain warranty applicable at all Mazda dealerships compared to the standard 5 year 60000 miles. Their service packages are also very well priced compared to Bay Area prices. We got an auto loan pre approved from Star one and the team at Roseville Mazda handled the rest fairly quickly onsite. It took about 2.5 hours for us to close the deal which included a good 30 minutes spent on evaluating the vehicle as well. We interacted with two sales associates, Christian and Jordan. Jordan was the one that we closed the deal with but our interactions with both of them were spot on. Therr were no hidden surprises. The team was happy to provide an exact quote over the phone... while some other dealerships need you to visit in person, these guys negotiated a good rate over the phone itself. With a baby in tow, we didn't want to spend a couple of hours driving only to get hit with surprise fees and we are glad that didn't happen. Ben was the one who closed our financing. The upsells offered were well priced and he did not push too aggressively for any upsells. We took what made sense to us. Some other things like extended warranty were not even offered... mentioned but didn't spend hours talking about it because the factory/dealership warranty was pretty good. I would highly recommend at least getting a price quote from the team here if you are considering buying a car. Even if the MSRP is the same, you might end up saving a lot on the service packages and accessory sales.

everybody at the dealership was professional, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. starting with the most charming Salesman ever ELYAS. Supported by managers Grant And the ever so charming and knowledgeable manager Max. everyone and I mean everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My brand new 2026 CX50H Premium Is the most beautiful car ever in that gorgeous red. I never wanted a red car but boy is this one pretty. I'm not gonna comment too much on all the bells and whistles and things that I have to learn about to operate this vehicle but I'm sure it will come in time. This is the first time I have purchased a brand new vehicle since I was 18 years old and I'm now 77. I just wish to thank everybody at the dealership a heartfelt appreciation for everything you all did for me.
