Jai Edwards (sales) was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We had no plans to buy from Roseville Mazda, just a test drive before going to Maita if we liked the car. He provided us with a preliminary quote in case we chose to buy from Roseville. After going home and discussing the purchase, we decided we did not need to bother with Maita. This was due entirely to Jai. Additionally, finance manager Max was also great to work with making that part of the process less painful.

Roseville Mazda always provides outstanding customer service. I drive over two hours each way to have my car serviced at Roseville Mazda. On this visit Mazda had to replace the lower panel under the steering wheel and it was done under the warranty. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the employees at Roseville Mazda. They are very good problem solvers and appear genuinely committed to providing the best of service.

First off, love that Mazda Roseville does not have sales men ready to pounce like vultures on potential car buyers. Met Garrett Oxnaes at closing time on a Friday just handed us his card and said feel free to look around and contact him if we had any questions. Was greeted the next day by Garrett with questions that really got to the bottom of what we needed and were looking for as it was my 19 year olds first car. Garrett is less of a car salesman and more of a car teacher. He took the time on the test drive to stop in a parking lot to physically show my son how the safety features work and are activated as well as all the ins and outs of the car. Garrett really made us feel comfortable and excited about investing in a Mazda with his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Garrett for making the experience so easy for my 19 year old first time car buyer.

I had a great experience at Mazda with our salesman Duc Nguyen. He was so kind and honest, which is hard to find in salesmen today. I was only there for about 3 hours which was incredible considering I’ve been at dealerships for 10+ before. I would recommend if you go to Mazda, ask for Duc Nguyen. He will make sure you get what you want for a great price. Loved our experience!

Duc is the BEST client specialist I’ve ever WORKED with as far as getting a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable with the car we were purchasing and very friendly. If you’re purchasing a car from Mazda Roseville, ask for Duc.
