Buying a car is usually something I dread, but this was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Our salesperson Elyas was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. We had real conversations, joked around throughout the process, and it never felt like the typical high-pressure sales experience. He made us feel comfortable the entire time. What impressed me most was how straightforward everything was. I asked once about the price, and instead of a long back-and-forth negotiation, he came back with an even better reduction than I was expecting. There was none of the usual “let me talk to my manager” routine that you expect when buying a car, and I really appreciated that. The entire process was honest, transparent, and refreshingly easy. I also want to recognize the sales manager, who was fantastic to work with. Not only was he great throughout the purchase, but he also took the time to give me some excellent advice on maintaining my Ford F-150 to help it last longer. That really stood out to me because he was offering helpful advice about a vehicle they weren’t even selling me. It showed that he genuinely cared about helping customers, not just making a sale. Finally, the finance representative who handled all of our paperwork was excellent as well. He explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. From beginning to end, everyone treated us with respect, professionalism, and kindness. We left feeling like we got a fair deal and, more importantly, that we were genuinely taken care of. This was by far the most enjoyable car purchase I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We kept waiting to be sold to or to have to negotiate but they were to the point and up front which we really appreciated. Garrett was insightful, chill and educated us on all the aspects of the 2026 CX-50 Hybrid. We were able to drive it multiple times before we purchased. Max C. in the Finance Department was super quick and kind through all the paperwork. I'm grateful they made this car buying experience actually enjoyable. We had to bring the car to the Service department for the install of the ceramic coating a few days later and the entire service team was also so nice, informative and very communicate through text on when our car would be ready for pick up. They had a loaner car waiting for us as well. Would definitely recommend!
