Max has been so wonderful to work with to buy our new CX-50 hybrid! We came in on a Saturday and looked at a bunch of models and ended up leaving to think over our options. Max followed up the next day and was communicative through the entire process of us looking at other dealerships. Once we decided we wanted to go back to Roseville, we landed on a cost that we felt comfortable with with the help of the team there.

I can't say enough good things about Garrett at Mazda Roseville. I needed a car that would fit a large crash-tested kennel for the service dog I'm getting. He had the cars I wanted to test drive pulled up and ready when I arrived, then loaded and unloaded my kennel several times so I could check the fit--even though it weighs 35 pounds empty. The Mazda dealership was a very pleasant surprise. I started doing research on Thursday. Elyas was knowledgeable and friendly. He is a big part of why we returned to the dealership when I was ready to purchase. Everyone was nice but not too pushy. Garrett guided us through the process and made sure we had everything we needed. Jaik Was friendly and made sure we understood the paperwork.
I bought a vehicle from Mazda Roseville this week and it was a pleasant experience. Max Cuadras, my salesperson, was so great. No pressure, very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, financing, special features (took the time to explain the tech to me), everything. Overall it was a relaxing process. 5 stars!
Oil change and tire rotation is $160+ now it was more expensive than the last time but all the work they have done on my car has been good

Took in my lease for the first service after purchase and it was the easiest thing I ever did. They had plenty of availability and I ended up being there for almost exactly 1 hour on a Saturday which has never happened to me EVER. I love the video of the inspection that they send, I felt like I was apart of the process and was able to approve recommendations from my seat in the waiting area. They had plenty of snacks and water available as well. Overall such a smooth experience!!
We had a great experience with Mazda Roseville! Thank you to Thomas and Grant for not making this process any more difficult than it had to be! Everything went so smoothly and fast and we left feeling super happy with our purchase and without any worry about our transaction! Honestly, the hardest hurdle we had was picking 1 car since we loved 2 of them! After we had a terrible day of dealing with other dealerships, it was such a breath of fresh air coming here and not dealing with overwhelming salespeople. Thank you again guys! We love our car!
John Saiyo is absolutely terrific to work with. The is the second Mazda I purchased with him. He looked after everything and is very professional. His low key approach is unusual at new car dealerships. I highly recommend John if a new Mazda is in your future. Chris is also helpful and the F and I guy was great as well.

I had a great experience with Mazda Roseville. No pressure sales experience was very refreshing, John Saiyo, Jordan Williams from internet sales worked together to make it a smooth process. Ben Kasko in finance processed the paperwork quickly.
Everything seems to run smoothly. The wait time is a little longer than they say. And I miss how they used to wash the car and vacuum.
Jordan was so very helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience positively memorable. We keep coming back.

Max Cuadras was awesome! Funny story - had a minor surgery in Roseville on Monday, my husband went car hunting (we’d discussed first - don’t be mad). Max helped him and by Thursday morning, we bought the car we wanted. Had a great experience buying my car from this dealership. I worked with Chris (Niño), John who were very knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, I liked that they didn’t pressure me into considering other vehicles while I was waiting for the exact one that I wanted to get delivered. This dealership does things a little differently, which is why I ultimately decided to buy my car here.

We had a great experience with Duc Nguyen. We had seen the 2024 Mazda3 online and made an app for Sun. Duc had the car waiting for us in a little show area and ready to test drive. Service is always good. Done Dylan is a great service advisor. He always takes care of me and my car.
The service was good and the communications withe the service advisor was good. My only complaint was that when I picked up the vehicle, the contents of my glove box was dumped on the floor. I suspect they had to go thru the glove box to get to the cabin air filter. Anyway, not putting the contents back showed a lack of attention to detail and respect. Also, whatever happened to the one page safety check summary (tire tread level, brake wear, etc).
First class service! Friendly and helpful folks when you drive in to get you set up and squared away, then an informative video sent along when the service is done. all the while (for me) getting to do my work remotely from ,y laptop in their service lobby, with Wifi, coffee, and snacks to keep me going. Love it!

Not used to people being so friendly as they were. Had a recall on my mazda. Simple stuff windshield wipes stuff. They send me a video text of their inspection and told me what they recommend i change. Pretty cool stuff tbh. Overall happy. My car salesman, Jai, was honest, sincere, and helpful during our car purchase. He made the process very easy and honored our time well. He even went out of his way and found the vehicle that my wife and I wanted and brought it to the dealership. However, we were quite disappointed about the lingering water spots after our vehicle was detailed. We expressed our concern to Jai and he arranged another cleaning appointment for our car. We are thankful for him and his team for making our experience at the dealership worthwhile.

Roseville Mazda was very clean and welcoming. After doing a lot of research on CX-50 hybrid configurations and color combos, Roseville ultimately had what I wanted. Garrett was nice and guided us through before we agreed on a price. Even after closing out, Garrett continued to help with things like setting up the Mazda app. He was attentive to these details and it's the small things that matter. Whoever designed the service department did a terrible job. Some of representatives at the service desk are very unprofessional and speak to LOUD. You can hear their Conversations, personal and business the way in the waiting area. The service area needs to be closed off and put soundproofing on the walls.

Brought my vehicle in for a complementary oil change and tire rotation. I was happy that it took under an hour. However, when I went to leave I noticed they hadn’t rotated the tires (due to damage on one of the rims). Went back in and then waited another 15-20 minutes for them to rotate the tires. The next day I received a text message from them saying I had missed my appointment! I feel like the department needs some fine tuning.

A huge part of that was how much Jordan was willing to handle remotely before we ever stepped into the dealership. I had been very clear that I didn’t want to spend hours sitting at a dealership just to find out whether the numbers or financing would work, and he respected that from the beginning. Great car and great service!!!! Just got my daughter her first car. We have been looking at cars online and Mazda SUV has great reviews for new drivers. Duc took the time to show us all the cars we wanted to see without pressure and answered all our questions. My daughter test drove the CX-30 and fell in love with it. Price was great as well so we are still here just waiting for them to detail my daughter’s new car!
