Wonderful experience! Had my 2010 Mazda3 towed into the service center after some scary transmission issues on the freeway. I purchased my first brand-new dealership vehicle, a 2021 CX-5, on Black Friday. We went out to the lot early in the morning and test drove, and then were educated and asked our questions about other models and features. Greg Park in Parts was absolutely fabulous. I was experiencing a very unfortunate event. My son’s rims and tires were stolen from his Miata MX-5. Greg’s genuine knowledge, concern, support and help in finding me the right parts just compelled me to give him the sale. I did look on-line but I was drawn back to his exemplary service. Fantastic buying experience here with Jordan. Purchased my first car here, probably won't be my last. Friendly, professional, and no BS. Got a decent price and wasn't hassled with add ons or other used car dealer stereotypes. Update: Had first car service with Shayna. She was friendly and super helpful, and made sure I was able to get a loaner when my vehicle couldn't be seen same day. She took great care of me and I would gladly come back for any service my car needed.

I'm sorry to say I am not impressed by the service from the parts department. I used their web site to communicate with the parts department and ask about obtaining a part for my CX-5. A week has gone by and I've yet to hear back. Not a good way to handle business. UPDATE 10/14/20: Following the response by the Parts Dept. Manager, Mr. Heuser, I elected to give him a call. Had a very positive car purchase experience at Mazda Roseville. We had a very knowledgeable, personable and professional sales person named Jordan. The Mazda cars are beautiful and run great. I purchased a vehicle from Mazda Roseville a few days ago and had an awesome experience working with Danielle! She is very respectful, knowledgeable, funny, and most importantly... not pushy at all. I really enjoyed the process and I would be happy to work with this team again. Ben worked very hard and found me a great financing deal. We just completed purchasing a new car from Roseville Mazda. My wife and I did a lot of research and went to a lot of dealerships, most of which didn’t seem to be able think about what our specific interests were, or adapt to our style of shopping. Service advisors and sales people are super polite and considerate...as well as extremely fair.pricing. Jairo and the Internet sales Manager were.extremely patient with all my questions. Jairo was amazing. They should all be commended. If u need a new or used car..they are dealing. If my wife wouldnt kill me I would buy the new cx9 or the new Mazda 6 Signature edition. After years of lusting after the new generation MX-5 Miata ND2, I finally decided to pull the trigger. John Fuqua helpful, transparent, and professional throughout the entire buying process. Great people and service.

This is a really late review but after dealing with other dealerships in the area including a particularly bad experience at the Jaguar dealership, I have to highlight the exemplary service I received at Mazda Roseville. I was treated with respect and dignity and my car was cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed and every detail attended to. Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely go back to Mazda for my next car.

Great experience w/ the service dept. They kept me updated on the status of my car constantly. They also sent me a video detailing what they'd inspected and serviced, which was new and neat to me.

Purchased a 2020 CX-9 and this probably was one of the least hassle free experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure from the salesman and seriously they were very hands off. Very educational in what would be best in or circumstances in regards to purchasing or leasing and what our best option would be. I highly recommend at least going there and browsing.


We worked with Ramiro Azcona this week to purchase a vehicle for our son and he made the process seamless (and painless!). He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Buying/selling cars is my least favorite thing to do, but Ramiro was so honest and helpful that we left with it being a very positive experience. We would definitely return when the time comes to purchase another vehicle for our family!

I had been looking at small SUVs for a bit and was going to get a Tiguan until I read the reviews on Mazda and their reliability. Went to Mazda in Roseville and took a couple weeks to decide. Neil was very helpful and patient with me. He let me test drive a few of the CX5’s and compare with the CX9’s. In the end he helped me find one with all the extras I wanted at a great price. I asked Bob (Rob?) in the service department where the parts department was. He offered to show me where to find it (separate building), and as we walked that direction, I mentioned I desperately needed new batteries for my Mazda CX-5 keyless gadgets. He said, "Oh, I can do that for you, for free." ...which he did. VERY much appreciated, along with his tips for how to direct the gadget when battery might be getting low in the future!

Just bought a car on the first. Romero was great! Very personable and great to talk to. This is much better than the old AutoNation Mazda dealership.

Great service here, I went in for an oil change and they washed the car too. This dealer/Service center is smaller then the other one that used to be on the other side but you still get the great service like before.
