Huge TY to Herb!! He got me in the MAZDA I wanteddddddd! The color comfort I use my seat warmers every morning sunroof plastic mats like bucket ones lol and the price he got me right where I was comfy. He was just incredible to work with very genuine humorous and a kind guy. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the whole experience! However the manager Bobby and other service advisor Nicki came in to ensure they were providing excilent customer service and going the extra mile to ensure that my concerns were adressed and heard. Went here february 28 to have my car serviced (oil change usual maintenance stuff). I was told my prepaid mazda gold card had expired last year. I told josh the person assisting me, that i have a prepaid plan that expires 2026. He said nope, cant do anything about it. Ok. Everyone was extremely competente. All the sales people were very knowledgeable of their vehicles, and went above and beyond to help with the process of buying the car and learning about the vehicle once the purchase was done. Their finance person was also very nice and made the process very easy. Overall it was a great experience.
Beware Beware. Not Honest. Will drag the process on and on . Scammed out of the large Deposit! Did not apply correctly then story changed ,gps was to be thrown in but charged for , Fee’s, along with slick salesman ship having to get an attorney Beware Beware Not a good Dealership for a hard working family . No pressure sales. We knew what we wanted and that is exactly what we got. First time leasing a vehicle instead of buying. Went on a test drive with Roger and then Chris helped us when we went back to lease the car. Max in finance was very nice and made the signing of all the paperwork very stress free. I just got a Mazda Cx-5 and I loved it, Carlos was really patient with me and make my purchase very easy, also Herbert helped me out to explain all the equipment from my SUV. All the crew were friendly and supportive. I got approved and I was able to take the car the same day (I just couldn’t complete my paperwork bc I had to work).
