I bought a CX-30 from the Roseville Mazda. Garrett Oxnaes sold me the car and he was very open honest and helpful with what my financing would be. Max Cuadras helped me with all the paper work that needed to be signed and he was very helpful in helping me understand what I was signing.
Service advisor Hector was so nice. It took less than an hour and I waited. Comfortable lounge with a nice coffee machine.

Garret Oxnaes sold my car to me. He was very straight forward honest and fair and was able to get me a good deal without playing any games. Max Cuadras helped us with the finishing paperwork and he did a great job with helping me understand what I was signing.
Garrett (the salesman that sold me the car) was very straight forward and was very honest and open about pricing. He didn’t play any games with trying to add extra fees to make more money. He simply wanted to sell the car to me and when I told him something he actually listened, even when I said no he never tried to talk me into it.
Duc was transparent, helpful, and made the car-buying process easy and stress free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and support throughout the experience.

A nice selection of the vehicles I wanted to purchase, several trim levels to explore on the lot. Jordan greeted me after I had plenty of time to look over the vehicles. No pressure salesman, he shared his favorite features of the vehicle and a quick test drive, he made the purchase painless and enjoyable.

The time frame for the completion of the work was exactly as promised. This is a very appealing dealership both physically and culturally. I can tell that the top management/ownership truly prioritizes excellent customer service.

While it was just a regularly scheduled maintenance I was impressed by the fact that there was no attempt to up-sell any service unlike other dealerships I have used in the past. They also were very quick and got my vehicle back to me much faster than I had expected.

I made an appt on a Friday morning because 2 lights on my 2014 Mazda CX-5 were coming on and the car was having issues starting (although intermittently). The rep in the service department was very nice but was vague in the fact that my car would/wouldn't be completed the same day. I had not reserved a loaner, as I hadn't been to the dealership in 8+ years. When I called on Saturday, I kept being told the tech hasn't been able to diagnose it. Working with Garrett is always great. This is our 4th Mazda lease and he’s helped with each vehicle. When we learned he had moved over to Roseville Mazda, we followed. He’s great with explaining everything about the car and terms of lease. He also introduced me to his manager, Steve, along with Bobby in the service department during my visit. Max was also great in the finance department. Great with explanations and was very relatable. Roseville Mazda was a nice facility too. Comfortable for customers.

Garrett was wonderful in helping me trade in my Mazda for a new one. He hooked me up with a great trade in offer and was persistent in trying to get us the better deal.
CX5 with the infamous "Ghost Touch" issue. Dealer correctly identified and determined that a hardware replacement (screen kit) was neded. Dealer succesfully lobbied Mazda for "goodwill warranty" at no cost to me. Awesome service, quick resolution, loaner car provided. Cannot do any better than that. Thank you so much.

Just wish service had done a full inspection first to ID all the needed repairs that would have saved me an extra trip the first time I came to pick up the car and finding out at dealership the car needed additional services
I agreed to a service that cost about $500, and since they found my car in good shape it only cost around $300. I waited and they were really fast. I like the video they send as you're waiting that shows your car stripped down and all the parts they are checking. Mazda has always done a great job.
Great experience and everything went smoothly. The only thing I would have liked was an explanation of who we were going to be dealing with in the process and what their role was.
Lack of and poor communication, wrong or incomplete diagnosis of vehicle, poor customer service After a month I picked up my vehicle only to return it 2 days later due to the same issue that was supposed to be resolved.
