I had a great buying experience at Mazda Roseville! Johnny Fuqua was up front and treated me with respect. He didn't pressure me into anything, but rather was there to answer all my questions and make the buying process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Cristi was friendly and low-pressure as well. Who you buy from makes a big difference! I had a very poor experience at another dealer. I'm glad I walked out of that shady dealership and came to Mazda Roseville instead.

I am extremely excited to post this review about my experience at Mazda, Roseville Automall. The entire staff was very attentive and I felt the experience most pleasurable, imagine that...buying a car without feel pressured. But that was my experience, from the salesperson to the finance desk, it was a smooth transaction. Needless to say, I am enjoying my new Mazda CX5. And where I normally feel some let down/anxiety after a big purchase, I slept like a baby, feeling confident with the product and the value I received. Greg Park in Parts was absolutely fabulous. I was experiencing a very unfortunate event. My son’s rims and tires were stolen from his Miata MX-5. Greg’s genuine knowledge, concern, support and help in finding me the right parts just compelled me to give him the sale. I did look on-line but I was drawn back to his exemplary service. Got a decent price and wasn't hassled with add ons or other used car dealer stereotypes. Update: Had first car service with Shayna. She was friendly and super helpful, and made sure I was able to get a loaner when my vehicle couldn't be seen same day. I'm sorry to say I am not impressed by the service from the parts department. I used their web site to communicate with the parts department and ask about obtaining a part for my CX-5. A week has gone by and I've yet to hear back. Not a good way to handle business. UPDATE 10/14/20: Following the response by the Parts Dept. Manager, Mr. Heuser, I elected to give him a call. As we all know the car buying process can be so overwhelming and stressful but we had a great experience at Mazda in Roseville. One of my pet peeves when looking for a car is when the sales person is pushy and not willing to respect what you want during the process of trying to decide what car is right for you. We just completed purchasing a new car from Roseville Mazda. After years of lusting after the new generation MX-5 Miata ND2, I finally decided to pull the trigger. John Fuqua helpful, transparent, and professional throughout the entire buying process. This is a really late review but after dealing with other dealerships in the area including a particularly bad experience at the Jaguar dealership, I have to highlight the exemplary service I received at Mazda Roseville. I was treated with respect and dignity and my car was cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed and every detail attended to. Can't recommend them enough. Will definitely go back to Mazda for my next car.
Great experience w/ the service dept. They kept me updated on the status of my car constantly. They also sent me a video detailing what they'd inspected and serviced, which was new and neat to me.
Purchased a 2020 CX-9 and this probably was one of the least hassle free experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure from the salesman and seriously they were very hands off. Very educational in what would be best in or circumstances in regards to purchasing or leasing and what our best option would be. I highly recommend at least going there and browsing.

I had been looking at small SUVs for a bit and was going to get a Tiguan until I read the reviews on Mazda and their reliability. Went to Mazda in Roseville and took a couple weeks to decide. I asked Bob (Rob?) in the service department where the parts department was. He offered to show me where to find it (separate building), and as we walked that direction, I mentioned I desperately needed new batteries for my Mazda CX-5 keyless gadgets. He said, "Oh, I can do that for you, for free." ...which he did. VERY much appreciated, along with his tips for how to direct the gadget when battery might be getting low in the future!
Just bought a car on the first. Romero was great! Very personable and great to talk to. This is much better than the old AutoNation Mazda dealership.
Great service here, I went in for an oil change and they washed the car too. This dealer/Service center is smaller then the other one that used to be on the other side but you still get the great service like before.
