I had been communicating with several Mazda dealerships and was specifically looking for a particular trim, features, and color while comparing written offers before deciding where to purchase. Garrett Oxnaes was fantastic to work with. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, found the Wind Chill Pearl CX-50 Preferred I wanted, provided clear written pricing, and was willing to negotiate remotely rather than requiring me to come into the dealership first. Had a great car-buying experience from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, easy, and completely pressure-free, which made such a difference. Chris, my salesman, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted and made sure everything was taken care of. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and professional, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience actually feel enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my new car and so glad I chose to purchase here. I would definitely recommend Chris and the team to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

My car was recently totaled, and I was so overwhelmed
My car was recently totaled, and I was so overwhelmed with having to find a new car in a short period of time. Garrett saved me! I had a list of things I needed that also fit within my price range and he was able to get me options so fast. Looking at the cars, testing driving, and discussing pricing and other options was so smooth. He was able to find me the perfect Mazda for my needs and got it to the perfect price for my budget! Garrett even came in on his day off to finalize the paperwork and get me on the road. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and nice and made this process less overwhelming and easy. Would 100% recommend Garrett to friends and family.

Normally, buying a car nearly send me in to a panic attack but they made the process so smooth it was nearly effortless. The only change i would make us after the hiccup, the day prior to purchase, I wish they had thrown in a option or something.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Mazda CX-50 from Mazda Roseville. I had been communicating with several Mazda dealerships and was specifically looking for a particular trim, features, and color while comparing written offers before deciding where to purchase. Garrett Oxnaes was fantastic to work with. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, found the Wind Chill Pearl CX-50 Preferred I wanted, provided clear written pricing, and was willing to negotiate remotely rather than requiring me to come into the dealership first. When I shared a competitive offer from another Mazda dealer, Garrett matched it without games or unnecessary back-and-forth. Garrett took great care of me throughout the entire buying process. He took the time to make sure I got everything I wanted in my vehicle, went over all of the options with me, and had the vehicle ready when I wanted it. John Ryan was also there throughout the process and made sure everything came together smoothly. Both of them made the experience easy and enjoyable. Jaik in Finance was also fantastic. From start to finish, he was kind, patient, authentic and exceptionally transparent. He was incredibly communicative and never made me feel pressured or rushed into a decision. Garrett went above and beyond pulling off miracles and was completely honest and clear about the OTD purchase price and what was covered under the warranties, so there were zero hidden surprises. I’m especially driving a 100 mile each direction to this location in order to service my Mazda CX50 hybrid due to the EXCELLENT service all around. Runs on time as estimated. Every one at the service department is polite, smiley, kind and patient to provide answers to any question. And all of that is operating as a Swiss clock under an extremely knowledgeable and wonderful service manager, Mr. Shields, who deserves the credit for having such a well run department! While your vehicle is being serviced you can enjoy a hot/cold beverage and a snack in a devoted area. Super satisfied!
