I always had an amazing experience with Mazda in general, I’ve been apart of the family since my first car in 2016. Now after moving out here in 2022 and shipped my Mazda cx5 out here and I continued my services with Mazda Roseville and not until yesterday I came in to do a trade in and it was fast, easy and Max was very professional but also made my experience at Mazda Roseville comfortable and like I was part of the family. I could be myself come with my concerns and what I was looking for they answered and they made it happen quick and easy. The transfer and everything was smooth and I didn’t need to left a finger. Thank you and this experience was truly highly satisfying. I would recommend Mazda Roseville to anyone.

My car salesman, Jai, was honest, sincere, and helpful during our car purchase. He made the process very easy and honored our time well. He even went out of his way and found the vehicle that my wife and I wanted and brought it to the dealership. However, we were quite disappointed about the lingering water spots after our vehicle was detailed. We expressed our concern to Jai and he arranged another cleaning appointment for our car. We are thankful for him and his team for making our experience at the dealership worthwhile.

Purchasing a car here was the best experience I think I've ever had buying a car! Thomas was chill, helpful and really nice. I didn't feel pressured into anything. I found the car online, sent an inquiry, he called me and that evening I was driving home in the same car I saw online! Thomas was able to do most of the things online/over the phone because I live an hour away, so I only spent about 2 hours AT the dealership! Dave was my finance guy and he's just great! So kind and explains everything and answers alllll the questions. Very organized 😊 The Other people working there are friendly and helpful too. The bathrooms are really clean and the dealership itself is clean and open, but have private areas for paperwork and stuff. The only like negative thing I'll say is that the car was sent back to detail twice and it still wasn't cleaned on the inside. It might have been vacuumed but that's pretty much it. They did do the outside better the second time but I ended up washing it anyway. Overall Thomas and Dave made my experience great and I'd definitely recommend Mazda Roseville.

Roseville Mazda was very clean and welcoming. After doing a lot of research on CX-50 hybrid configurations and color combos, Roseville ultimately had what I wanted. Garrett was nice and guided us through before we agreed on a price. Even after closing out, Garrett continued to help with things like setting up the Mazda app. He was attentive to these details and it's the small things that matter. Dave working in the finance department was wonderful to close out the process without any pressure as well. Thank you!

Whoever designed the service department did a terrible job. Some of representatives at the service desk are very unprofessional and speak to LOUD. You can hear their Conversations, personal and business the way in the waiting area. The service area needs to be closed off and put soundproofing on the walls.

Always great service at Mazda!

Brought my vehicle in for a complementary oil change and tire rotation. I was happy that it took under an hour. However, when I went to leave I noticed they hadn’t rotated the tires (due to damage on one of the rims). Went back in and then waited another 15-20 minutes for them to rotate the tires. The next day I received a text message from them saying I had missed my appointment! I feel like the department needs some fine tuning.

Jordan Williams made this experience completely different from the typical car-buying process. A huge part of that was how much Jordan was willing to handle remotely before we ever stepped into the dealership. I had been very clear that I didn’t want to spend hours sitting at a dealership just to find out whether the numbers or financing would work, and he respected that from the beginning. He communicated by text, answered questions, worked through the financing, sent over the deal structure, and had everything as streamlined as possible before we arrived. When we got there, the CX-50 we had selected was already pulled up front, washed, gassed up, and ready for us. That attention to detail really stood out. Then, of course, my wife started second-guessing the color once we were actually there. At that point Jordan had already done the work to get our specific car ready, so I honestly would have understood if there was even a little frustration when we started asking to see other options. There wasn’t. He was incredibly patient and pleasant about it. He walked the lot with us, showed us every available color in the trim we wanted, answered questions, and never once made us feel like we were being difficult or wasting his time. In the end we came right back to the original color he had already prepared for us, but that whole experience told me a lot about how Jordan treats people. He cared more about us being completely happy with the car than just getting the deal finished. From the moment we arrived until the minute we took a photo before leaving, Jordan stayed with us and made sure everything was handled. He was personable, patient, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to care about getting it right. Jaik in finance was also excellent. He explained our options clearly, answered our questions, and was very personable without ever being pushy. That part of the process can easily feel stressful or rushed, but he made it feel straightforward and comfortable. We had worked with Mazda Roseville before while helping my mother-in-law purchase a vehicle, so we already had a positive impression of the dealership. This experience absolutely reinforced it. It’s been less than a day, but so far I love the CX-50. More importantly, Jordan Williams made the entire experience easy, respectful, and personal from the first text all the way through us driving away. If you’re shopping at Mazda Roseville, I would absolutely recommend asking for Jordan.
