A huge part of that was how much Jordan was willing to handle remotely before we ever stepped into the dealership. I had been very clear that I didn’t want to spend hours sitting at a dealership just to find out whether the numbers or financing would work, and he respected that from the beginning. He communicated by text, answered questions, worked through the financing, sent over the deal structure, and had everything as streamlined as possible before we arrived.
When we got there, the CX-50 we had selected was already pulled up front, washed, gassed up, and ready for us. That attention to detail really stood out.
Then, of course, my wife started second-guessing the color once we were actually there. At that point Jordan had already done the work to get our specific car ready, so I honestly would have understood if there was even a little frustration when we started asking to see other options. There wasn’t. He was incredibly patient and pleasant about it. He walked the lot with us, showed us every available color in the trim we wanted, answered questions, and never once made us feel like we were being difficult or wasting his time. In the end we came right back to the original color he had already prepared for us, but that whole experience told me a lot about how Jordan treats people. He cared more about us being completely happy with the car than just getting the deal finished.
From the moment we arrived until the minute we took a photo before leaving, Jordan stayed with us and made sure everything was handled. He was personable, patient, straightforward, and genuinely seemed to care about getting it right.
Jaik in finance was also excellent. He explained our options clearly, answered our questions, and was very personable without ever being pushy. That part of the process can easily feel stressful or rushed, but he made it feel straightforward and comfortable.
We had worked with Mazda Roseville before while helping my mother-in-law purchase a vehicle, so we already had a positive impression of the dealership. This experience absolutely reinforced it.
It’s been less than a day, but so far I love the CX-50. More importantly, Jordan Williams made the entire experience easy, respectful, and personal from the first text all the way through us driving away. If you’re shopping at Mazda Roseville, I would absolutely recommend asking for Jordan.
