Jordan Williams of Mazda Roseville and I first touched base a couple of months ago and I have to say he is a game-changer in the world of auto sales. Jordan is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about his cars. I never felt pressured but but that he was very trustworthy. In fact , the experience overall was great! I would highly recommend Jordan and this Mazda dealership. Such a great team! They’re doing something good here!

Elías was a great salesman really knowledgeable about the cx50 and he answered all questions that we had. Dave was our finance person he was really good at explaining all paper work and signatures.

Duc was exactly what I was looking for in salesman. I told him I wanted a quick, easy and simple buying experience and that’s exactly what he delivered. When it comes to buying another Mazda or if asked for a recommendation, Duc with Mazda Roseville is definitely my guy.

I was pleased that my initial complaint was followed up within 24 hours of making it. I am very happy with the outcome.

While the service on my CX9 was done accurately this time. Oil change, tire rotation, balance,(not done last time, ongoing slight shimmy) battery check, change wiper blades. There’s a suggestion on customer service for the service department. When a customer walks in and there’s not one service assistant acknowledging the customer with a hello, that’s poor management. Three men just starring at a monitor, not looking up, no smile, not one other customer waiting in this department. That’s appalling behavior. Finally one man said to me picking up or dropping off. Could have said, Hello what can we help with today? The design of the outside service area, must have been an afterthought. The worst drop off and pick up area. Very little space to drive in, pick up is an act of staff moving vehicles to get yours out. This was a very unpleasant experience.
