We worked with Herbert Perdomo he was very knowledgeable about our Mazda 5 we purchased. We definitely recommend him for your future purchaes There were a few things that need to be addressed and will update this once we get these items taken care of.

Service advisor was very accommodating and they did a good job doing the multi-point inspection changing my spark plugs, engine filter & my concerns level of engine oil! Excellent customer service!!!

We have had our Mazda 3 serviced 2 times: replacing wiring and aligning tires. Both times the service was great and repairs were well done! The second time we booked an appointment on Sat and didn't realize there's wait, the service office employee Nikki was great at accommodating us to get in line faster and provided us with a loaner vehicle, which made wait a breath. Thank you very much for that and all great services!

I came to sell my 2019 MX-5 Mazda Miata which I had financed through Mazda Financial. The entire process has been the easiest I’ve ever experienced with dealerships. From buying it to selling it back they were completely honest and transparent with me about quotes and the finances side. When I sold it back Roger Thurman took excellent care of me. He was kind, transparent and professional. I give my utmost and sincere recommendation to finance a car through Mazda, great place and wonderful people!

Nate at Mazda Roseville was excellent! He listened to what I thought I wanted and had me test drive an SUV. Then he listened to what I then wanted and had me test drive a different SUV. Then he listened again to what I then wanted and had me test drive another SUV! Bingo. I found just what I wanted with Nate's guidance - the CX5. He was friendly, not at all pushy, knowledgeable and quick. We worked with Max in Finance He too, was excellent at getting us efficiently (and pleasantly) through the process.

I'm in customer service so I believe in giving honest/ useful reviews. As a former 'die hard BMW driver', I recently leased my 3rd Mazda; two from Roseville. If you're looking for a car w/high end features and are on the fence about Mazda...take a good look at any of the highest trim levels at Mazda and you'll be sold! The features and operating costs for Mazda just make more sense than paying 2-3 times more for a luxury badge. While I've been happy with all three Mazda leasing experiences, Roseville has taken the best care of me and me. More specifically and recently, Nate (my salesperson) was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I was looking at three different Mazda models before I finally decided to go bigger (I had the CX5) and get the CX-90. Nate was so patient during the process and gave me insight about each vehicle to help me make the right decision for my needs. I'm very pleased with my final decision and thankful for Nate's assistance. I highly recommend Nate and Roseville Mazda!
