Johnny Koo was amazing!!!

I was so stressed about having to purchase a new car. Especially since the reason I had to was because my previous car was totaled in a hit and run. Nathan Stewart and Max Cuadras took so much stress out of the buying experience. Not once did I feel pressured into getting something I didn't want or adding extras I didn't want. They were very transparent and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Even coming in a few days before I bought the car and speaking with sales associate Brian Randall, I felt at ease. He wasn't overly aggressive with his sales pitch like another dealership I went to. Overall it was a great experience and they definitely get an A+ for customer service. Loving my new Mazda CX-5 by the way😊

Today i visit mazda dealership at roseville and bought a used car of cadillac xt5. My experience is very good with mazda dealership. We make a deal with Wynette Myers and Jordan. Yesterday, my wife and I had a great experience working with Nathan (sales) and Scott (finance). Nathan was awesome, he answered all of our questions, knew all of the details about each car and explained everything clearly, and was very kind and professional. When I found my new car and went to do the finance piece with Scott, I was continually treated with professionalism and kindness. Scott was wonderful to work with, his communication and ability to translate the finance paperwork was great and so very helpful. Buying a car in general can be such a stressful and mentally exhausting task, I left Mazda feeling great about my purchase. I never once felt pressured in any way during my visit- I had stopped at Mazda first just to look, when I said I wanted to shop around the auto mall, they didn’t try to force me to stay, but wished me luck. I went to Toyota (big mistake) and went running back to Mazda. I love my new CX-5! Thank you Nathan and Scott!
