I just picked up my Mazda CX-90 P/S at Roseville Mazda and let me tell you something with this dealership. Everything went well. Paul our salesman and host was very knowledgeable. Did a great job qualifying our needs for a vehicle that matched our needs and lifestyle. Once we landed on the model he spent time searching for the perfect trim pack and color in the deep inventory.

I went to Mazda last week to purchase a car on my own for the first time, and I couldn't imagine a better experience! Everyone was extremely professional while also feeling very personable. Roger was quick to come out and help me while I looked around. He showed me a Mazda3 that I hadn't even noticed, but was the car I ended up buying and I absolutely love it. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and not overly pushy like some salespeople can be. But he sure did sell me on the car! He made the purchasing process quick and easy, much better than my last experience at a different dealership. He answered every question I had, even after I left the dealership, and helped me get the best deal for my auto loan Excellent customer service from Wynette as well. She's very nice and I had some great conversations with her that definitely made this process more enjoyable. She did her job wonderfully, went over all of my options with me in just enough detail, but didn't take too much time to get it done. John Ryan finished the whole process off perfectly. Anyone who's purchased a vehicle knows how much paperwork is involved, but it certainly didn't feel like much this time around. More great conversations with John which really made that time fly by! He explained everything extremely well while still keeping it concise and to the point. They're very honest about where you are in the process, and constantly keep you informed on how much longer you'll be there. And of course, they have plenty of snacks and refreshments to offer while you're there. Overall excellent experience at a beautiful dealership, I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Paul did a great job answering my questions and getting us into a beautiful 35th anniversary Miata. John in financing was super helpful, there was a small issue with our delivery and he got it fixed quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend.

Went to Roseville Mazda to investigate the CX50 hybrid. I had resigned myself to either that or going with the always safe Rav 4 hybrid. Both cars have great features and options, but the Mazda won me over in the end. One of the factors was working with sales person Nate. He was patient and encouraged all of the research I was doing to make an informed decision. This included test driving the different trims….a couple more than once. In the purchasing process Max was very thorough in his explanation of the various forms and gave lots of guidance. I was given a tour of the service side of the dealership where everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. I know car shopping can rank up there with getting a colonoscopy….This dealership, particularly Nate and Max, made the process an enjoyable one. I can see going back for future car purchases.
